These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the products, content, checkout, customer support, and related services provided by Atolea.
By accessing our store, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or replaces any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

Minor differences may occur because of lighting, screen settings, photography, manufacturing tolerances, or natural variations between individual pieces.
If a significant error affects an order, we may contact you to confirm corrected information or cancel the affected item and issue a refund.

Materials, plating, finishes, coatings, stones, sizing, and care requirements may vary between products.
Jewelry may be affected by scratches, impact, improper storage, perfumes, cosmetics, harsh chemicals, chlorine, salt water, prolonged moisture exposure, unauthorized alteration, or normal wear.
Any waterproof, tarnish-resistant, hypoallergenic, durability, or warranty claim applies only as specifically described on the relevant product or warranty page.

Final product prices, available discounts, applicable taxes, and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.
Prices and promotions may change before an order is placed. Changes will not normally affect accepted orders except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
6. Promotions, Bundles, and Free Gifts
Promotions may be subject to additional conditions displayed before purchase.
For bundles, multi-buy offers, “Buy 2, Get 2 Free” promotions, and free gifts, partial returns may cause the remaining order to be repriced or promotional benefits to be adjusted where permitted by law.

Submitting an order represents an offer to purchase the products in your cart.
An automated order confirmation means that we received your order. The order is accepted when we confirm fulfillment or dispatch the product.
We may reasonably hold, refuse, or cancel an order because of:
- Product unavailability
- Payment failure
- Reasonably suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
- Invalid or unsupported addresses
- Obvious pricing or technical errors
- Applicable legal restrictions
If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the canceled amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

You are responsible for reviewing your name, email address, telephone number, shipping and billing addresses, products, quantities, colors, sizes, and customization details before completing an order.
Contact us as soon as possible if you identify an error. We cannot guarantee that an order can be modified after processing or shipment has started.

Reasonable fraud-prevention and security checks may be performed.

Delivery dates are estimates unless a guaranteed date is expressly confirmed.
11. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Cancellation or modification requests submitted within 12 hours after purchase have the best chance of being completed but cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment has started.
Eligible voluntary return requests may be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Mandatory statutory cancellation, withdrawal, repair, replacement, or refund rights remain unaffected.
12. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if a product is damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from its description.
We may request your order number, photographs, videos, packaging information, or other reasonable evidence needed to review the issue.
13. Commercial Warranties
Certain eligible products may include a Lifetime Color Warranty or another commercial warranty when expressly stated on the relevant product or warranty page.
Commercial warranties do not replace or restrict mandatory legal guarantees or consumer rights.

You may submit reviews, photographs, videos, comments, testimonials, or other content.
You retain ownership of your original content. By submitting it, you grant Atolea a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and use that content in connection with our store and marketing, subject to applicable law and any permissions you provide.

The store and its content, including text, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, product descriptions, software, layouts, and branding, are owned by Atolea or used under license.
Without written authorization, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, commercially distribute, or use our branding or content.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom.
This choice of law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their country or region of residence.
